Refund policy

We want you to love your song. If you don't, we'll work with you to make it right — and if we can't, you get your money back.
Before we start
If you change your mind before our team has started writing, email hello@songlace.com with your order number and we'll cancel and refund it in full.
If something isn't right
Use your included revision rounds from your order page and tell us what to change — a word, a line, the pronunciation of a name, the voice or the feel. Most songs are perfect after one revision.
Money-back promise
If you've used your revision rounds and you still feel we didn't capture your story, email us within 14 days of the final delivery. We'll offer to remake the song, or refund you in full if you prefer. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Late delivery
We aim to deliver standard orders within 72 hours and rush orders within 24 hours. If we miss the rush deadline, we'll refund the rush fee. If a late song means you missed the occasion, tell us and we'll make it right, including a refund.
What we can't refund
We can't refund orders that break our Terms (for example, requests to copy another artist's song) or a refund requested only to keep a song for free after downloading it — but we always read every request with care.
