- Only use photos of people who have agreed to be in the video.
- We don't animate photos of children — for those we use gentle photo motion (slow zoom and pan) instead.
- Every scene is reviewed by a person on our team before delivery.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where faces are visible and not too small — different moments and places make the best scenes. Phone photos are fine. For old prints, photograph them flat in daylight; we gently restore scratches and fading. Only send photos of people who agreed to be in the video.
Do you animate photos of children?
No. We never animate the faces of children. Photos that show children get gentle photo motion instead — a slow zoom or pan across the still photo — so they can still be part of the story.
How long does it take?
Movie Music Video, Proposal Song and Memorial Tribute are delivered within 5 days of payment; the Wedding Story Film within 7 days. Rush delivery (+$40) halves that: 2½ days, or 3½ days for the wedding film. The exact due time is shown on your order page.
What if I want something changed?
Revisions are included — 3 rounds with the Wedding Story Film, 2 with the others. Open your order, tap "Request a revision" and tell us what to change: a scene, a photo, a lyric or the feel of the music.
Is it real footage?
No — every scene is made from your own photos with AI-assisted tools, and a person on our team reviews every scene before delivery. We keep motion natural and respectful, and we'll remove anything that doesn't look right.
Who can see it?
Only you. Your photos are used only to make your order. Your video lives on your private order page, and the gift page is a private link that isn't listed in search engines — share it only with people you trust. For a proposal, everything goes only to you, so the surprise stays safe.
Can we play it at the wedding or the memorial?
Of course. You get a landscape 16:9 version for a big screen and a vertical 9:16 version for phones and social media, both for personal use.
